Q. Can I demo a racquet before I purchase it?
A. Yes. We have a large range of racquets available for play testing. To find out which racquets are available call us on (03) 9419 4000.

Q. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. Once payment is received, provided your item/s are in stock we will ship next business day. If for any reason your items are not in stock you will be notified promptly and an given an estimated delivery time.

Q. What do I do if I change my mind after I purchase an item?
A. Once you have purchased a product from Prelli Tennis the payment is processed and your order is processed for shipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the order is correct before proceeding to payment. If you wish to change your order and we have not yet shipped your products, you need to contact us asap on (03) 9419 4000 or send an email to info@prelliracquets.com.au. Prelli Tennis does not offer refunds on products purchased from our online store, however products can be exchanged and the shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the customer.

Q. Does Prelli tennis ship overseas?
A. No , Prelli Tennis will only ship products to addresses within Australia.

Q. How much does it cost for postage?

A. Prelli Tennis charges a flat rate of $10 postage per order. This includes buying multiple products at a time, so order more and save money! Certain items are exempt from this $10 flat rate postage fee due to size restrictions, these items will be specified during the checkout process.
